光敘留域 Luminous Narrative Field

本案為一處42坪住宅空間，原始格局以多房配置為主，公共領域受走道與隔間切割而顯得零碎侷促，生活動線亦缺乏連續性。設計以「光作為空間媒介」為核心思考，透過格局減法與機能整合，重新建立由玄關延展至餐廚與客廳的生活序列，使行走、停留與交流在柔和光影之中自然展開。

公共場域採開放式布局，整合客廳、餐廳與廚房機能，以中島與家具量體形成柔性界定，使空間維持視覺通透與尺度延伸。電視主牆導入可滑動設計，使牆體由靜態分隔轉化為具有時間性的空間介面，在開闔之間整合收納、展示與場域轉換，讓生活模式隨需求而產生變化。

私領域重新規劃為雙套房與多功能書房配置，使各自形成完整的生活單元，提升居住隱私與使用效率。原本封閉而狹長的走廊被轉化為開放流動的過渡界面，使自然光得以深入室內，並沿著立面與天花的圓弧邊界緩慢擴散，形塑柔和且安定的空間氛圍。

整體設計以低彩度材質為基底，透過石紋立面、木質紋理與間接照明的層層堆疊，建立細膩而克制的空間秩序。在比例、光影與留白的整體控制下，居所被轉化為一條具有節奏的生活軸線，使空間不僅承載機能，更成為情緒沉澱與時間流動的感知場域。

This 138-square-meter residence redefines a conventional multi-room layout through a spatial strategy centered on light as a mediating element. The original plan fragmented the communal areas with rigid partitions and narrow corridors, resulting in compressed visual perception and disconnected circulation. By subtracting unnecessary divisions and integrating functions, the design establishes a continuous living sequence extending from the entrance through the kitchen and dining area to the living room, allowing movement and daily activities to unfold within a gentle luminous atmosphere.

The public domain is conceived as an open and fluid environment where the living room, dining area, and kitchen merge into a cohesive spatial field. The kitchen island and furniture volumes provide subtle boundaries that maintain visual continuity while supporting diverse modes of use. A sliding media wall reinterprets the role of architectural enclosure, transforming a static partition into a dynamic spatial interface that integrates storage, display, and spatial transition. Through its movement, the interior adapts to evolving domestic scenarios.

Private zones are reorganized into two suite-style bedrooms and a flexible study, forming independent living modules that enhance privacy and functional efficiency. Formerly enclosed corridors are reimagined as permeable transitional spaces, allowing natural light to penetrate deeper into the interior. Light softly diffuses along curved ceiling edges and textured surfaces, generating a calm and immersive spatial experience.

Composed with muted materials, layered lighting, and carefully proportioned volumes, the project articulates a restrained yet expressive spatial order. The residence becomes a sequential landscape shaped by light, rhythm, and perception — a living environment where everyday routines are gently framed by time and atmosphere.
