佇立於台中寧靜街廓之中的Z&H宅，是一座精雕的私人電梯別墅。五層樓的垂直格局，底層為交誼空間，讓家庭生活的張力得以流暢展演。此案尤為動人的亮點，在於五樓的孝親房配置，確保長者居住的便利性與安全性，形塑真正符合全齡需求的宜居空間。空間設計藉由公私領域的精準分野，使各樓層之間形成有機的動線串聯。步入一樓玄關區域，換鞋區與衣帽間機能完整。二樓作為公領域核心，巧妙整合客廳、餐廳與廚房，使空間得以開展連續性場景。中段區設置的四道扇形門，兼具形式與功能，既能防止油煙溢散一方面又能控制空調氣流。

The Z&H Residence is a meticulously crafted private elevator villa. Its five-story vertical layout masterfully balances functionality and aesthetics while incorporating a communal space on the ground floor, allowing family life to unfold seamlessly. One of the most touching highlights of this project is the fifth-floor parent’s suite—designed with a human-centric approach to ensure convenience and safety for elderly residents, creating a truly age-inclusive living environment.

The spatial design carefully delineates public and private domains, forming an organic flow between floors. The Z&H Residence is not merely a fusion of function and form but a redefinition of “home”—a place where the quiet order of daily life unfolds with refined details, where shifting light and shadows compose a living experience rich in warmth and human touch.

Stepping into the entrance on the first floor, guests are welcomed by an expansive foyer. The well-equipped shoe-changing area and cloakroom ensure convenience, while the seamless connection to the elevator enhances accessibility. The residence also features an independent parking space.
