設計師深信設計應回歸居住者的生活本質。面對三代同堂、五口之家的多元期待，本案 60 坪透天別墅以「大地色系新古典風」為基調，在輕奢華美的層次感中，保有清爽細膩的居家氛圍。

空間重點解析：

• 流暢公領域： 採開放式設計取代傳統隔間，藉由家具軟裝定義場域邊界，讓客、餐、廚三大空間採光無礙流動，打造全家人共享天倫的核心地帶。

• 工藝細節： 巧妙運用圓弧框景消弭樑柱的壓迫感，將大面窗景化為生活端景。大理石電視牆結合鍍鈦金屬、導弧角與精緻溝縫，將新古典的精緻感昇華至全新高度。

• 機能美學：

餐廚區： 將電器櫃與大型家電整合於一體化立面，成就極簡且順暢的烹飪動線。

主臥室： 木百葉窗輕柔調節光影，搭配玻璃推拉門圍塑的更衣間，在豐富收納機能中，構築出一處靜謐的私人棲所。

Designer believes that true design returns to the essence of the inhabitants' lives. To meet the diverse expectations of a three-generation family of five, this 1,980-square-foot (60-ping) villa is rendered in a "Neo-Classical style with earthy tones," weaving together understated luxury with a refreshing and delicate ambiance.

Spatial Highlights:

• Fluid Public Realm: By adopting an open-plan layout instead of rigid partitions, the space utilizes furniture and soft furnishings to define functional zones. This allow natural light to flow seamlessly across the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a central hub for family bonding.

• Exquisite Craftsmanship: To eliminate the visual weight of structural beams, arched framing is used to transform expansive windows into picturesque interior vistas. The marble feature wall—accented with titanium plating, curved edges, and intricate groove detailing—elevates the sophistication of Neo-Classical aesthetics.
