近年在全球掀起風潮的「微型住宅」，多源於高房價背景，讓年輕族群選擇小巧而高效的居所。雖空間僅一般住家的一半，卻能透過專業設計與精巧構思，營造出通透光感與完善機能。本案以微型住宅概念延伸至 13 坪小宅，藉由複層規劃與開放格局引光入室，搭配俐落線條，塑造清透而聚焦的視覺端景。

玄關鋪設大理石壁面，步入室內即可感受大地色系的溫潤——鋸痕木皮板與超耐磨地板相映成趣，延伸至開放式客廳與餐廚，形塑無邊界的生活感。純白一字型廚房專為簡易無油煙料理打造，吧台兼具餐桌與辦公功能，宛如瑞士刀般多工靈活。半透光屏隔與清玻璃劃分區域，同時保留光線流動；懸吊鐵件樓梯與裸露天花管線交織出 Loft 風格的俐落趣味。

上層設有更衣室與臥榻，下層則結合書房與臥房，以書櫃化身的階梯串聯兩端，內外空間皆藏匿充沛收納。設計師更利用閒置壁面增設白色開放懸櫃，延伸儲物與展示的可能。全屋處處藏著可停留、可閱讀的貼心角落——窗邊大理石坐榻、複合式吧台、迷你書房——讓陽光與書香一同成為生活的日常背景。

In recent years, “micro homes” have become a global trend, driven by soaring housing prices that lead young urban dwellers to embrace compact yet highly functional living spaces. Though typically half the size of a standard home, with professional design and thoughtful planning, they can feel airy, bright, and fully equipped.

This 43㎡ residence draws inspiration from micro-home concepts, utilizing split-level planning and an open layout to invite natural light while highlighting clean, modern lines. Upon entering, a marble-clad foyer opens into a warm, earthy palette—saw-textured wood veneers and durable flooring extend seamlessly into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of boundlessness. The pure white single-line kitchen is designed for low-fume cooking, while the multifunctional bar serves as both dining table and workspace, embodying Swiss Army knife versatility.

Semi-transparent partitions and clear glass define spaces without blocking light, while a suspended steel staircase and exposed ceiling pipes weave an urban loft aesthetic. The upper level houses a walk-in closet and window lounge, while the lower level merges study and bedroom, connected by stair-shelving that integrates storage into circulation. White open shelving further expands display and storage capacity. Throughout, intimate reading and relaxation nooks—marble window seating, a hybrid bar, and a mini study—invite lingering moments where sunlight and the scent of books become part of daily life.
