這間現代風宅邸是單身屋主的全新落腳處，設計上針對一人生活重新規劃格局為兩房，並採用開放式設計，釋放空間感，帶來舒適自在的居住體驗。整體以沈穩的褐色調為基底，搭配簡潔線條與層次燈光，營造俐落又富有質感的居家氛圍。

空間擁有絕佳的雙面採光，設計師打開公共區域格局，讓日光自然流動。客廳臥榻與沙發背牆皆緊鄰窗面，陽光灑落，使視覺感受更加通透敞亮。電視牆略為前移，後方設計為書房區，增添空間層次且不影響採光。

廚房區則跳脫客廳的深色語彙，選用不同色階與材質詮釋「白色」的豐富可能，從壁磚到中島吧檯，展現層次之美；搭配弧形線條與木質天花，巧妙串連整體空間，模糊區域界線。

主臥以焦糖色沙發界定休憩區域，鐵框玻璃拉門隔出更衣室，保留空間穿透感同時維持隱私。書房則運用線性燈條從牆面延伸至天花與櫃體，不僅照明實用，更讓空間性格鮮明有層次。

This modern-style residence was designed as a new home for a single homeowner. Tailored to a one-person lifestyle, the layout was reconfigured into two rooms, with an open-plan concept to maximize comfort and spatial flow. Warm brown tones dominate the palette, balanced with sleek lines and layered lighting for a clean yet refined aesthetic.

With excellent dual-sided natural light, the designer opened up the public areas, allowing daylight to flow through the interiors. Both the lounge bench and the sofa back wall sit by the windows, expanding the sense of space. Even with the TV wall slightly pushed forward to create a study area behind, the openness remains intact while adding depth.

The open kitchen contrasts with the living area’s darker tones, using white in various shades and textures—from wall tiles to island surfaces—to explore the versatility of a bright palette. Curved forms and a wood-clad ceiling gently connect spaces, blurring traditional boundaries.

In the master bedroom, a caramel-toned sofa defines the rest area. A black-framed glass sliding door separates the walk-in closet, maintaining both openness and privacy. In the study, linear light strips extend from wall to ceiling and cabinetry, providing both functional illumination and a bold architectural statement.
