藝墅莊園 Landscape Manor

屋主一家四口期盼以溫潤奶茶色為空間主調，打造凝聚情感、簡約細膩的現代居所。設計師以柔和色彩鋪陳場域，透過藝術漆堆疊立面層次，中島與收納櫃引入石紋肌理，展現雜誌般的美感。

格局上以開放式為核心，讓光線自由穿梭各角落。玄關透過斜切地坪界定落塵區，公領域則以活動家具區分場域，不僅容納屋主的三角鋼琴，也規劃美型收納櫃，懸空設計減輕量體壓迫感。

餐廚以雙一字型設計結合中島與餐桌，提升機能與互動性，中島更成為動線轉折重點，搭配三盞球型吊燈，營造清新氛圍。

拾梯而上，主臥利用藝術漆塊狀隔屏維持睡眠隱私，線性燈帶勾勒清晰空間感，電視牆預留雙邊走道，串聯更靈活的回字動線，後方角落也巧妙規劃成化妝與辦公區域，兼顧實用與舒適。

A family of four envisioned a warm, beige-toned home that fosters connection and embodies modern simplicity. Designed by Shin Cheng Design, the space features soft, milky tea hues as the foundation, with textured art paint on the walls and stone-patterned details on the island and storage units—creating a refined, magazine-worthy aesthetic.

The open-plan layout enhances visual spaciousness, allowing natural light to flow freely through the home. At the entrance, a diagonally cut flooring subtly defines the entry zone. In the shared living area, movable furniture separates functions while keeping the space open. A grand piano and sleek, suspended storage cabinets integrate seamlessly, minimizing visual weight and maximizing utility.

The kitchen and dining areas are connected through a double one-wall layout, where the island links cooking and dining functions. The island also serves as a transitional surface for serving meals. Three globe pendant lights add a touch of liveliness and warmth to the atmosphere.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a block-shaped art wall as a divider, enhancing privacy during rest. Linear lighting outlines the spatial rhythm, while the TV wall is flanked by dual walkways—creating a flexible circulation loop. Behind the TV wall, a thoughtfully designed corner provides a compact vanity and home office area for the couple, striking a balance between function and comfort.
