樣品屋的設計靈感來自建築大師卡洛·斯卡帕（Carlo Scarpa），將抽象的美學轉化為可觸知的空間體驗，俐落的線條與柔和的弧線在理性與感性之間取得微妙平衡，形塑出一場關於光、材質與空間的展演。步入這座三房兩廳的樣板房，彷彿置身於光影流轉的沉浸場域，材質層層交疊，營造出超越日常的感知體驗。一致性的材質運用帶來純粹且完整的包覆感，木質的溫潤、石材的沉靜與暖白色牆面彼此映襯。步移景異，每個轉角與鏤空牆面都經過精準設計，使場域的功能界線變得模糊，空間因此不僅是靜態結構，更成為一種感知的媒介。開放式動線設計讓參訪者能夠自由穿梭，層層遞進的場域轉換讓空間的脈絡在行進間逐步展開。

光，是這裡最好的裝飾。大面積留白的牆面猶如承載光影的畫布，晨昏流轉之際，陽光隨時間變化，穿梭於不同肌理的材質間，塑造出豐富的層次，也映照出空間的呼吸感。斯卡帕在布里昂墓園中以水與階梯詮釋時間的流動，而這裡則透過光與陰影，勾勒出空間與時間的交錯。自然光與結構相互滲透，使空間不再受限於牆體，而是透過光影變化，在靜謐與靈動之間來回轉換。

器物與藝術構築了空間的精神層次。專屬客製化的家具、陶器與雕塑不僅是裝飾，更是與空間共鳴的細語。它們讓場域不僅僅是功能性的承載體，而是透過物件與場域的對話，喚醒人們對四季流轉、溫度變化與時間推移的敏感感知。當理性與感性交織，當光影觸及材質的肌理，空間便成為一場關於建築、光與感知的詩意敘事。

The design inspiration for this model home comes from the renowned architect Carlo Scarpa, transforming abstract aesthetics into a tangible spatial experience. Crisp lines and soft curves strike a delicate balance between rationality and emotion, creating a performance that explores light, materials, and space. Stepping into this three-bedroom, two-living room model home feels like entering an immersive space where light and shadow flow, and materials layer upon one another, creating a sensory experience beyond the ordinary. Consistent use of materials provides a pure and complete sense of enclosure, with the warmth of wood, the serenity of stone, and the soft white walls complementing each other. With every shift in perspective, each corner and perforated wall is meticulously designed to blur the functional boundaries of the space, transforming it into more than just a static structure—it becomes a medium for perception. The open-flow design allows visitors to freely navigate through the space, with successive transitions revealing the layers and context of the environment as they move through it.

Light is the best decoration here. The expansive blank walls serve as canvases that carry light and shadow. As the day shifts, sunlight moves across various textures, creating rich layers that also reflect the space’s breathing quality. Just as Scarpa used water and steps to interpret the passage of time in the Brion Cemetery, here, light and shadow intertwine to define the intersection of space and time. Natural light and the structure of the space seamlessly blend, allowing the space to transcend the limitations of walls and continuously change between tranquility and dynamism through the shifting play of light.
