屋主一家自72坪毛胚屋時期便與設計師攜手合作，期望在採光與通風俱佳的基地條件上，打造大器而不過度奢華的現代宅邸。

設計師以精選家具靈活劃分全開放式空間，既保有順暢動線，也賦予公領域多元機能，讓書房與客廳相互串連、增進交流互動。

為呈現大宅的精緻質感，設計師引入新古典元素：人字拼實木地板順應軸線鋪設，天花以細密線板層層框出立體層次，搭配造型獨特的水晶吊燈，拉伸空間的高度感。電視牆採對稱設計，融合大理石與木皮線板，營造沉穩低奢氛圍。

收納則沿四面牆精準配置，保留寬敞動線同時兼顧大容量。餐廚以吧台銜接廚房與餐桌，延續客廳的石材與木皮語彙，展現整體一致的高雅氣質。

主臥以大地色系為基調，融入起居與閱讀功能，木皮床頭牆結合石紋踢腳板，完整體現屋主對現代大宅專屬質感的嚮往。

From its raw 72-ping shell, the homeowners worked with the designer from the start, aiming to create a modern residence that embraces the site’s excellent light and ventilation while remaining grand yet understated.

Carefully chosen furniture defines the open-plan layout, maintaining fluid circulation while integrating versatile public spaces that connect the study and living room for better interaction.

To elevate the home’s refined character, the designer incorporated neo-classical elements: herringbone solid wood flooring aligned to the axis, detailed ceiling moldings that frame layered elegance, and striking crystal chandeliers that visually heighten the space. The symmetrical TV wall blends marble with wood veneer paneling for a calm, understated luxury.

Storage lines all four walls, keeping pathways open yet providing abundant capacity. In the dining and kitchen area, a bar links the kitchen to the dining table, echoing the living room’s stone and wood palette for visual continuity.

The master suite, in earthy tones, integrates lounge and reading areas, with a wood veneer headboard wall and stone-pattern skirting to fulfill the owner’s vision of modern luxury living.
